Groups of 5 or more no refund will be given within 14 days of departure. A 20% admin fee may apply for changes and cancellations outside the cancellation period. Snowy Valley resort takes no liability or responsibility for any injuries sustained whilst at the resort or on the snow fields and recommends all passengers travelling have individual Insurance Policies covering snow related activities. All Snowy Valley Resort accommodation is based on share accommodation unless an extra tariff has been paid for twin or double.
